Operations + AI transformation · Built by an operator

Your operation shouldn't run on group texts, whiteboards & memory.

iCorp Systems is an Operations + AI transformation company. We build the systems warehouses, 3PLs, and fulfillment teams actually need — schedules that survive callouts, end-of-shift reports that write themselves, SOPs your crew follows, handoffs that don't drop the ball — and apply automation and AI where it actually earns its place. Built by a working logistics operator, not a consultant who's never worked a peak.

$1,500 fixed scope · kickoff within 5 business days of purchase and access · written audit within 10 business days of kickoff and inputs.

The AI Operations Audit™

Find where your operation leaks hours and money — for a fixed price, fixed scope.

We map how work actually moves through your building — scheduling, reporting, handoffs, exceptions — and hand you a written map of where automation would remove manual work, and where it wouldn't. $1,500, fixed scope. If we find nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you that too.

01

Show us the operation

A 60-minute call plus the reports and spreadsheets you already have. No site visit needed to start.

02

We map the leaks

Workflows, handoffs, labor, and exceptions — exactly where hours and money go every week.

03

You get the fix list

A prioritized 30/60/90 plan: what to automate, and what to leave alone. Build it with us or without us — you own the plan.

“I've sat through consultant decks that were wrong about how a warehouse actually runs. This is the audit I'd want to buy: a fixed price, a fixed scope, and a list I could hand my team Monday morning.” — Founder, iCorp Systems

The real problem

Ops managers don't need more software. They need the chaos to stop.

Every warehouse runs on the same duct tape: spreadsheets, radios, group texts, and the memory of your two best people. iCorp Systems replaces the duct tape — one workflow at a time — with systems your crew will actually use, and practical automation where it fits once they do.

Sound familiar?

The daily chaos we fix.

If you run a warehouse, a 3PL, a fulfillment center, or a cross-dock, you already know this list by heart.

The schedule dies every morning

Callouts, no-shows, and a 5am coverage scramble that runs on texts and favors — plus overtime nobody planned for.

End-of-shift reports show up late, wrong, or never

Supervisors typing numbers into spreadsheets at 11pm — and by the time the GM reads them, the problem is two days old.

SOPs live in three people's heads

Training is 'go shadow Mike.' One promotion, one resignation, or two callouts and quality falls off a cliff.

Handoffs drop the ball between shifts

Second shift finds out about the problem when the customer calls. Dispatch finds out at pickup time.

Exceptions surface as customer escalations

Missed pickups, short shipments, and inventory mistakes live in someone's memory until they become an angry phone call.

You see productivity after the money is spent

Labor is your biggest controllable cost, and the numbers reach you a week too late to do anything about it.

What we build

Six systems every operation needs — and where practical AI fits.

Scheduling, reporting, SOPs, handoffs, AI automation, and the custom tools your WMS can't do — without hiring six different vendors.

01

Shift & Labor Planning

Schedules that survive callouts, and labor plans built from volume — not vibes and last year's guess.

  • Volume-based labor forecasting
  • Shift scheduling systems
  • Callout & coverage tracking
  • Overtime visibility & control
  • Attendance patterns & alerts
02

Daily Reporting & Visibility

End-of-shift numbers that compile themselves. No more supervisors typing spreadsheets at 11pm.

  • Automated end-of-shift reports
  • Live KPI dashboards
  • Missed pickup & exception tracking
  • Morning huddle boards
  • Weekly trend reports for the GM
03

SOPs & Training

Get the process out of your best people's heads before they call out, quit, or get promoted.

  • Warehouse SOP buildout
  • New-hire ramp plans
  • Cross-training matrices
  • Audit-ready documentation
  • A digital SOP home base
04

Shift Handoffs & Communication

What second shift needed to know shouldn't die in a group text — or surface when the customer calls.

  • Structured shift handoff systems
  • Issue logging & follow-up
  • Escalation paths that actually escalate
  • Dispatch & driver communication flows
  • Accountability trails
05

AI & Automation

The paperwork does itself — reports, exception alerts, carrier updates, and the data entry nobody wants.

  • Report generation automation
  • Exception & delay alerts
  • Carrier / customer update automation
  • Data entry elimination
  • AI ops agents that watch the numbers
06

Custom Ops Software

When the WMS can't do it and the spreadsheet finally broke — tools built around how your floor actually works.

  • Ops dashboards & trackers
  • Driver & dispatch tools
  • Client portals for 3PLs
  • Inventory reconciliation tools
  • WMS gap-fillers
Why iCorp Systems

Built by someone who's worked the peak, not studied it.

01

Built by an operator, not an agency

iCorp Systems is run by a working logistics operator. The problems this site describes — callouts, missed pickups, late reports — are dealt with in practice every day, not drawn from market research.

02

We speak floor and office

Supervisors, drivers, and dispatch on one side; the GM's P&L on the other. Systems only stick when both sides actually use them.

03

Fixed prices, one-week starts

No discovery-phase billing, no six-month roadmaps. Every scope is fixed and small enough to prove its value fast.

04

Systems the crew actually uses

Built for people on their feet with thirty seconds, not analysts at desks. If a supervisor can't use it with gloves on, we redo it.

“iCorp Systems is small on purpose. When you work with us, you work with me — someone who works inside a live warehouse operation every day. I'd rather fix one workflow and earn the next one than sell you a 'digital transformation.' Start with the audit; if your operation doesn't need us, I'll say so.”

FAQ

Questions, answered

Why should a warehouse trust iCorp Systems?

Because it's run by an operator, not an agency. iCorp's founder works in warehouse and logistics operations every day — the callouts, missed pickups and late reports this site describes are problems dealt with in practice, not a case study read somewhere. The internal systems we've built ourselves are described in plain terms on our Case Studies page (no invented testimonials). Start with the free assessment and judge for yourself before spending a dollar.

Will this disrupt my operation?

No. The audit starts with a 60-minute call and the reports you already have — no site visit required, nothing changes on your floor. Builds roll out one workflow at a time, running alongside how you operate today, and nothing switches over until your crew is trained on it.

We're not technical — we run on spreadsheets and an old WMS.

Perfect. That's exactly who this is built for. We work with whatever you run today — spreadsheets, an aging WMS, paper, group texts — and you don't need an IT department to operate anything we hand you.

What happens after I buy a solution?

We confirm scope and fit on a short call, invoice you directly, and schedule kickoff. Deliverables and files come to you by email; deliverables, ownership and usage rights are specified in the agreed scope. Every solution has a clear scope and timeline, confirmed before any work begins — no surprises.

What if it isn't the right fit for my operation?

Final scope and price are confirmed before work begins, so nothing starts until you're comfortable. The audit itself builds nothing — anything after it is scoped separately — and if the audit finds nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you that instead of inventing a project.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. The systems, documents, and tools we deliver are yours to keep and run. No long-term contracts, no lock-in, no license that dies when we walk away.

How do you handle our data and security?

We build inside the accounts and tools you already own, so your data stays with you — we don't move it into a system you can't see. We only ask for the access a build actually needs, and we hand that access back when the work is done. Nothing you share is resold, published, or used to train anything, and we'll sign an NDA before the audit if you'd like one.

Prefer to just talk shop?

Tell me what your operation looks like and what's driving you crazy. I'll point you at the highest-ROI fix — even if it's not something we sell.
