Effective July 3, 2026. Plain English, no tricks — this is what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — the free assessment, the Business MRI, the contact form, checkout, or project onboarding — we collect what you type: your name, email address, business name, and the answers you provide about your operation. If you purchase something, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to generate the reports you requested, to respond to your inquiry, to deliver purchased work, and — if you asked for it — to send you relevant follow-up emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
Who else touches your data
We use a small set of service providers to run this business: Stripe (payments), an email delivery provider (sending you reports and updates), our hosting provider, and an automation platform that stores lead records so we can follow up reliably. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views, not personal profiles) to understand which pages are useful.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email icorpsystems@outlook.com and we will handle it within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), those rights apply to you and we honor them.
Retention & security
We keep lead and client records for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, then delete them. Admin access to records is password-protected and limited to the founder.
