Why should a warehouse trust iCorp Systems?+
Because it's run by an operator, not an agency. iCorp's founder works in warehouse and logistics operations every day — the callouts, missed pickups and late reports this site describes are problems dealt with in practice, not a case study read somewhere. The internal systems we've built ourselves are described in plain terms on our Case Studies page (no invented testimonials). Start with the free assessment and judge for yourself before spending a dollar.
Do you only work with warehouses?+
Operations for warehouses, 3PLs and fulfillment teams is our specialty, and it is where the audit, the automation and the SOP work are aimed. Separately, we design and build websites for businesses in any industry. Website Design & Build starts at $1,000 and the final quote depends on scope; automation, integrations and additional services are priced separately. It is its own service: you do not need the free assessment or the audit to ask for a website quote.
Will this disrupt my operation?+
No. The audit starts with a 60-minute call and the reports you already have — no site visit required, nothing changes on your floor. Builds roll out one workflow at a time, running alongside how you operate today, and nothing switches over until your crew is trained on it.
We're not technical — we run on spreadsheets and an old WMS.+
Perfect. That's exactly who this is built for. We work with whatever you run today — spreadsheets, an aging WMS, paper, group texts — and you don't need an IT department to operate anything we hand you.
What happens after I buy a solution?+
We confirm scope and fit on a short call, invoice you directly, and schedule kickoff. Deliverables and files come to you by email; deliverables, ownership and usage rights are specified in the agreed scope. Every solution has a clear scope and timeline, confirmed before any work begins — no surprises.
What if it isn't the right fit for my operation?+
Final scope and price are confirmed before work begins, so nothing starts until you're comfortable. The audit itself builds nothing — anything after it is scoped separately — and if the audit finds nothing worth fixing, we'll tell you that instead of inventing a project.
Do I own what you build?+
Yes. The systems, documents, and tools we deliver are yours to keep and run. No long-term contracts, no lock-in, no license that dies when we walk away.
How do you handle our data and security?+
We build inside the accounts and tools you already own, so your data stays with you — we don't move it into a system you can't see. We only ask for the access a build actually needs, and we hand that access back when the work is done. Nothing you share is resold, published, or used to train anything, and we'll sign an NDA before the audit if you'd like one.
